One of my friends wanted to do something nice for one of his friends. It was her birthday coming up and he wanted to create a custom t-shirt for her via CafePress. Immediately, he sent me a few reference photos and told me that she loved cutesy characters, such as the Powerpuff Girls.

After some initial sketches and the help of my trusty intuos tablet, I created the image below.
